Applications Created by YeshBe Users
YeshBe enables users to create, configure, deploy, host, and operate applications, websites, and other digital services. Applications created through YeshBe may independently collect, store, transmit, or otherwise process information relating to their own end users ("End Users").

Where YeshBe processes End User information on behalf of a YeshBe customer in connection with hosting, infrastructure, storage, AI processing, or other platform functionality, the customer generally acts as the controller or business and YeshBe acts as the processor, sub-processor, service provider, or contractor, as applicable.
Such processing is governed, where applicable, by the YeshBe Data Processing Agreement in addition to the customer's agreement with YeshBe.
